General Ordering Information
If you are purchasing medical products for your own personal use and you suffer from a respiratory condition, or you are purchasing medical products for a person aged 16 and under who suffers from a respiratory condition you are able to declare yourself VAT exempt, under group 12 of the zero rate schedule of the Value Added Tax Act 1983, please click on the tick box next to each product before adding them to your basket. This means, the VAT charge will be removed from your order.
This can be done by ticking the VAT exemption box, which is located towards the end of the ordering process. Here, you will be expected to state the illness that you/person under the age of 16 is suffering from. Only medical products are VAT exempt, products such as Fuse Packs, Power Leads and Shoulder Bags are not classed as medical devices and therefore do not qualify for VAT exemption. All prices will be stated exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added during payment for those items not applicable for VAT exemptions.
